The band that was the impetus for starting Self Sabotage Records, Knest is an Austin-based improv group composed of world-class musicians Thor Harris (Swans, Thor and Friends, Shearwater, snd more), Jonathan Horne (Young Mothers, Plutonium Farmers, and more) and Randall Holt (Reverend Glasseye, Horne+Holt & more).
This album was recorded in one day improv style, which is remarkable considering the quality of the songs.
